How do you clean your house with clay?

Spring often means cleaning! The time for renewal has come. It’s an opportunity to clean your house from top to bottom and clean it every nook and cranund. So when it comes to purifying everything, it’s best to use natural and healthy ingredients. While clay is known for its benefits on the skin, body and hair, it also has undeniable advantages in the maintenance of the home and is used in a thousand and one ways to take care of your interior.
Why use clay in your home?

Thanks to its gentle abrasive power, green clay is also an excellent maintenance agent for cooking plates, hoods and kitchen utensils (pans, pans…) on which the oil tends to encrust. For this, you can use ready-to-use clay paste or mix clay powder with a little water and rub with a soft sponge.
White clay to clean walls and bathrooms
Whether it’s to destarate your shower, make your joints whiter, clean a wall or give shine to your faucet, white clay is the perfect ally.
To make a white clay scouring paste, mix these three ingredients using this recipe:
- 1/3 white clay
- 1/3 sodium bicarbonate
- 1/3 salt
Gently rub the different surfaces and leave for a few minutes before rinsing with clear water. Your water parts will be back to a new youth!

- 50g white clay
- 50g baking soda

Mix the clay and bicarbonate with a wooden spatula and add the dishwashing liquid and essential oil until smooth. Then place the dough in a box and let it dry in the open air for one to 2 weeks. After each use, remember to allow the clay stone to dry before closing the box.
